For custom orders, a deposit or full payment may be required prior to production.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Epic Blade & Industrial Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
